AZ NBCT Leader Academy 2022

During this engaging and interactive session, participants will develop skills and resources to facilitate professional development with the Five Core Propositions as the anchor for reflective thinking, quality professional relationships, meaningful productivity, and collective identity. Participants will walk away with a variety of examples, protocols, and templates for engaging individuals, small groups, and larger teams with the Five Core Propositions.

Outcomes:
Participants will explore multiple strategies for engaging teachers with the Five Core Propositions. Participants will develop an understanding of how the Five Core Propositions can support reflective thinking, professional relationships, meaningful productivity, and collective identity. Participants will develop a plan for integrating the Five Core Propositions into upcoming professional development.
